As an Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Andrew Parker - State Farm Agent, you play a pivotal role in our day-to-day business operations and the success of our customers. Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong customer relationships, consistently following up with customers and prospects as necessary.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and personable customer service, including addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy modifications, transfers, claim submissions, and billing inquiries.
- Foster successful and enduring customer relations.
Qualifications
- Preferred experience in sales (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing).
- Experience in managing client relationships is highly desirable.
- Interest in tailoring marketing efforts to meet customer needs.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to anticipate and fulfill customer needs.
- Strong ability to establish rapport with customers effectively.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
